Pressing and other potential work: If the top hasn't been pressed well prior to shipping/delivery there will be an added $10 pressing. The creases and folds that are caused by gentle folding of the top for getting the quilt top to us will receive complimentary ironing. If the quilt top needs any other work (cutting threads, sewing, etc) you will be contacted so we can decide how to best handle the work.
Backing
Construction and pressing: Price is $10/seam for construction and $5 for pressing (note - if the backing was pressed well, and folded nicely there won't be any charge to iron the possible creases open that may have occurred during transportation).
Custom Backing: This refers to any backing that has blocks, borders, etc as part of its construction which would require extra effort to center the quilt top to the backing. Please contact us and send us a photo of the backing to estimate the added fee associated with your backing..

Fullness Disclaimer: As is the case for all longarmist, fullness and/or puckers within a quilt and its borders in most cases cannot be quilted out and thus we can’t guarantee that puckers and tucks won’t be sewn in. In some cases excessive fullness in borders may result in the quilt corners not being square. The flatter your quilt top is, the better the finished quilt will be. Please see how to prepare your quilt top under “Quilt Preparation”.
